Out of all the photography scenarios I have been encountered with, editing beach photos in Lightroom has proven to be the most challenging task yet.

As a natural light photographer, trying to get perfect exposure for the sky, water, and my subjects proved it's way to be near impossible - even at sunset. Next time, I'll bring my flash, but in the meantime, let me show you how to fix these mistakes in Lightroom instead.

After years of learning Lightroom, experimenting, and getting to know the tools like the back of my hand, I am thrilled to be able to salvage these ho-hum photos & really brighten them up with the beach vision I had going into this session!
